TWCA High School Band Competes at TAPPS Solo & Ensemble Contest
TWCA high school band students performed at the TAPPS Solo & Ensemble Contest at St. Mary’s University in San Antonio on Wednesday, March 27. The Solo & Ensemble competition requires months of preparation. Students selected their pieces before Christmas and have spent countless hours practicing in preparation to perform individually before a judge. Their hard work paid off, as the following students were awarded:
Division 2 – Excellent Rating – Solo Performance
