The Warrior Way - Celebrating Culture & Leadership
At the start of the 2018-2019 school year, Mrs. Ambler offered a new opportunity for professional development to Woodlands Christian faculty and staff. The Warrior Way Leadership class is a year-long program that dives deep into the mission, values, vision, and culture of TWCA. Members of the class are a cross-section of faculty and staff representing departments, divisions and subjects across campus. Through presentations from administrators, each class applied focus to a different area of the school. Sessions culminated with a group discussion which offered valuable opportunities for participants to gain further perspective into the different roles and responsibilities that combine to keep our school moving forward and in the right direction.
