The Importance of Stewardship
Ms. Johnson's 4th graders were offered a hands-on lesson in stewardship through a service project benefitting Child Advocates of Montgomery County (CASA) and Arrow Child and Family Ministries. To reinforce a lessons in gratitude, students were tasked with collecting donations, such as toiletries, socks, and other basic necessities, to be distributed among area children in foster care. Instead of the usual trash bags the recipients are accustomed to getting, donations were lovingly packed into reusable duffel bags.
We are grateful for the many families who donated toward this project. Thank you for partnering with us to develop future leaders who understand the value of stewardship and appreciate the many blessings they have received!
