NJHS Students Volunteer with Operation Christmas Child
NJHS students participated in Operation Christmas Child at Faith Bible Church for the third consecutive year. Operation Christmas Child (OCC) is a project of Samaritan’s Purse, an international relief organization aimed at providing local partners around the world with shoeboxes filled with small toys, hygiene items, and school supplies as a means of reaching out to children with the Gospel. Our students spent hours accepting, sorting and packing shoeboxes for distribution around the world to children affected by war, poverty, natural disaster, famine and disease. Globally, pastors host outreach events in orphanages and at-risk areas where people may not know Christ and invite them to follow Him. Praise God for our NJHS students and their servant hearts.
