Homecoming is a special time at Woodlands Christian, where all three schools - lower, middle and high, get to participate in festivities and show their school spirit! After a fun-filled week of themed dress days, Burgers & Bingo, Silent Disco and much more, the week culminated with an all-school pep rally, football game and dance.
On Friday, September 23, 2022, fans lined the sidewalk with their cow bells and rally towels to cheer for the drumline, cheerleaders, coaches and football team as they made their way into the stadium during the Warrior Walk. The stands were full with faithful fans dressed in green and gold including over 60 alumni!
The Homecoming Court attendees were introduced at halftime and the King and Queen were announced. The Homecoming Court was nominated by faculty and elected by the student body. In keeping with our school’s foundational pillars and capstone, members of the Homecoming Court demonstrate spiritual strength in their daily lives, strive for excellence in the classroom, are positive role models and maintain healthy lifestyles. Congratulations to our Homecoming King – Josh Bento and Homecoming Queen – Katie Melber! Thank you to all of our court attendees for modeling the Warrior Way!
