Before & After Care

Before School Care
With the exception of Late-Start Mondays, Lower School begins each day at 8:15 a.m. Morning Care is provided at no charge from 7:00 to 7:55 a.m. for students in Pre-K through Grade 4. On Late-Start Mondays, Morning Care is extended until 8:55 a.m.

After School Extended Care
Extended Care is available Monday through Friday until 6:00 p.m. through a contracted service with Brighton Academy. Lower School car line ends at 3:30 p.m. Students who are not picked up by 3:30 p.m. are escorted to Extended Care until a parent or authorized adult arrives.

Advance notice is appreciated but not required. Fees for Extended Care are billed to the student's account monthly. This service may be used on a regular or as-needed basis.

All parents must complete the Extended Care registration forms regardless of how often the service is used. We encourage you to complete your child's registration packet in case after-school care is ever needed. For more information, please email Brighton Academy or call 281-465-4111, ext. 4.

Late-Start Mondays

Lower School Arrival

7:00 - 8:55 – Morning Care is provided at no charge for students in Pre-K through Grade 4. Students should be dropped off in the Lower School car line, where a TWCA staff member will greet them at the Timothy Gate and check them in.

8:55-9:15 – Lower School car line is open. Students arriving after 9:15 a.m. will be considered tardy and must enter through the Timothy Administration Building to check in.

 

  • Safety Patrol Students need to report for duty in the MPR at 8:50.

LS STUDENTS WHO ARE NOT IN CHILDCARE ARE NOT ALLOWED ON CAMPUS UNTIL 8:55.

MS STUDENTS WHO ARE NOT IN CHILDCARE ARE NOT ALLOWED ON CAMPUS UNTIL 8:30.

  • Students may be dropped off in front of the Timothy from 8:30-8:50
  • AFTER 8:50 - students must be dropped off at the NAC.
