It is the mission of the Warrior Café to create nutritious, wholesome and flavorful foods from the best ingredients available. We aim to support regional, organic, seasonal, and sustainable purchasing and culinary practices.
From the locally sourced produce, to the Warrior Cafe's dining tables, and then to the compost pile to restart the process, the Warrior Cafe actively participates in a natural food cycle that is healthy for our students as well as for the planet.
Chef Sean’s approach to food unites his classic training in some of the most celebrated American kitchens with his passion for freshness and simplicity. Quality of food and nutritional value guide his menu creation.
