Athletics & P.E.

There are plenty of ways to stay healthy and active from home. Easy to follow P.E. lessons have been made available to students in Pre-K - 8th grade. Click below for division specific information.
We will continue providing updates to middle school and high school practice and competition schedules as new details are made available. Coach Walker will continue uploading videos and content to Teambuildr to ensure our athletes continue training hard and getting better.

TAPPS Spring Sports Suspended

TAPPS, our governing body, has suspended all spring sports until April 13th, 2020. More information from TAPPS is expected as we approach that date. We will share updates as new information is made available.

To access athletic training videos, log in to TeamBuildr using the same credentials you have used throughout the year. For help accessing your account contact Coach Walker. For team specific workouts and information, contact your head coach.

Lower School P.E.

Coach Whitney has uploaded daily workouts through April 8th, 2020 for Pre-K-4th grade students. Click here to access your child's schedule or to contact Coach Whitney.

Middle School P.E.

Middle school P.E. will be facilitated via Teambuildr - an application that provides daily training plans and instructional videos. In addition to Teambuildr, students with access to a smartphone or smartwatch may also receive credits by joining the TWCA STRAVA club.
