Distance Learning

Welcome to Distance Learning at Woodlands Christian

Woodlands Christian has implemented an online learning plan for enrolled students in Pre-K-12th grade. This page will serve as a hub for easy access to videos, links and additional resources related to Distance Learning. We will continue to make updates as new information becomes available. We will also announce community news related to coronavirus (COVID-19) as necessary.

Please take a moment to view our introductory video, prepared by Mrs. Ambler, TWCA Head of School, to further understand our response to this unprecedented shift in education.

Mission Statement

The Woodlands Christian Academy is an independent, Christ-centered college preparatory school that integrates learning with biblical faith and challenges our students to reach their highest potential- spiritually, academically, physically, and socially - for the Glory of Jesus Christ.

Core Values

We Relate.
We Celebrate.
We Transform.

We're here to help! For academic and classroom related questions, contact your child's teacher or division principal directly. Contact details are listed in the Staff Directory. Please refer to individual office hours for the most prompt response.

Campus closed through the remainder of the 2019-2020 school year

As you are most likely aware, Governor Greg Abbott has issued an executive order closing all schools for the reminder of the 2019-2020 school year. In accordance with this order, The Woodlands Christian Academy will remain closed until further notice.

I join you in the disappointment of not being able to close out this school year together.  However, as evidenced by the way our students and faculty have embraced distance learning, I know our Woodlands Christian community will grow stronger each day and continue to develop Godly Grit.

As always, we urge all of our families and employees to continue to follow the guidelines set forth by local, state and federal authorities for combating COVID-19.

While we do not know what the future holds, we do know who holds the future.  We are reminded of this in Paul’s letter to the Romans - And we know that in all things God works together for the good of those who love him, who have been called according to his purpose.  Romans 8:28

In Him,

Julie Ambler
