Affording a TWCA Education

TWCA recognizes the sacrifice made by families who prioritize a Christian education for their children. We are a community bound not only by shared values, but by the dedication of parents who choose to invest in their child’s spiritual and academic growth. Many TWCA families make intentional lifestyle choices to afford private education, understanding the lifelong impact of a Christ-centered learning environment. We deeply appreciate this collective commitment and our close-knit community of parents who are nurturing the next generation of world changers.

For families who desire this experience but still find the cost beyond reach, TWCA offers a limited amount of financial aid to help make a transformative Christian education possible. We partner with FACTS to evaluate financial aid applications, using a clear, impartial, and transparent process. If applying, please take note of these important dates:

  • December 1: FACTS Grant & Aid Assessment Application opens
  • February 1: Deadline for submitting the FACTS Grant & Aid Assessment Application and Federal Income Tax Return directly to FACTS
  • March: Financial aid award notifications will be emailed to families that have submitted all required documentation.

How much does it cost?

2025-2026 Tuition Rates (One-Time Payment)

Tuition pay in full is due the March prior to the school year start or 30 days after enrollment. Payment plans are March - November starting the prior school year and are due on the 5th or 20th of each month.
