Inclusive Tuition

For your convenience, we have consolidated a majority of tuition, fees and costs to inclusive tuition for each grade level. Inclusive tuition includes all activity, technology, athletic, Beyond the Walls and graduation fees.

Items and costs that are personal in nature will continue to be the financial responsibility of each family – school uniforms, optional mission trips, extra athletic fees, optional camps, band or music fees, and/or equipment rental, extended care, optional café lunch, ACE fees, and Warrior Boosters dues or donations, as well as other individual miscellaneous fees and charges.

The Woodlands Christian Academy uses a continuous enrollment program similar to that of colleges and universities.

Rather than annual re-enrollment, Woodlands Christian provides one continuous enrollment contract which automatically renews annually until graduation, or until your family opts out. 

If you are not planning to return the following year, please submit written notice of termination to the Director of Admissions on or before the first Thursday in February of the then current school year.

2025-2026 Tuition Rates (One-Time Payment)

The rates listed apply when tuition is paid in full. Payment plans will incur an additional $500 charge per student. Please contact the Business Office for more information.

Tuition rates are subject to change in future years.
