We have one main public entrance at TWCA (Timothy Administration building) and four pedestrian perimeter gates with keycard-controlled access only by faculty personnel.

When school is in session, all arrival access control points remain locked and school resource officers patrol campus grounds. Visitors are required to enter through the Timothy Administration building, present suitable identification, be screened for clearance and be issued a visitor’s badge for a specific area of campus.

Pedestrian gates are staffed during arrival and dismissal times to allow additional supervised student flow in and out of our campus. When pedestrian gates are closed, all students arriving to campus after normal arrival and dismissal times are required to enter through the Timothy Administration building.

Non-student visitors should never enter through pedestrian gates when school is in session.

We also maintain registered nurses, athletic trainers, and additional safety personnel on-site during school hours.

During scheduled after school events, athletic trainers and/or sworn law enforcement officers are generally also present on site for additional safety.

Late Start Mondays

7:00 - 8:40 – Lower School Students may be dropped off in front of the Timothy for childcare.
Please have your child remain in the car until someone comes to escort them into the building.
After 8:40 – LS Parents must line up for car line in the church parking lot.
8:55 - 9:15 – LS car line. We will follow the same procedures that we do on regular start days.
Safety Patrol Students need to report for duty in the MPR at 8:50.

LS STUDENTS WHO ARE NOT IN CHILDCARE ARE NOT ALLOWED ON CAMPUS UNTIL 8:55.

MS STUDENTS WHO ARE NOT IN CHILDCARE ARE NOT ALLOWED ON CAMPUS UNTIL 8:30.

Students may be dropped off in front of the Timothy from 8:30-8:50

AFTER 8:50 - students must be dropped off at the NAC.

There is a daily dress code and a chapel uniform. Each of Lower School, Middle School and High School have their own detailed dress code that can be accessed on the Parent Portal and in the Student Handbook.

Our school store (The Armory) carries a selection of spirit items and uniform items from our exclusive uniform provider, Lands' End. Our student handbook has all the details.

Spirit wear is appropriate for Fridays and approved Spirit Wear Days.

Blue denim jeans or shorts (No holes, frays, or embellishments. No cargo or basketball style.)

What are Warrior Leagues?

Warrior Leagues is a program designed for young athletes (PreK-4th Grade) to experience excellence in fundamentals and competition through fun, challenging, and developmentally appropriate activities.

The Warrior Leagues sports include softball, baseball, boys & girls’ soccer, track & field, golf, volleyball, football, boys & girls’ basketball, and tennis for a total of 119 days!

To waive ALL Warrior Leagues and Lower School Cheer fees, please register to become a Warrior Boosters Championship or Above Member click here.

Time/Date and Pick Up

Warrior League sessions will run Monday-Thursday from 3:30-4:45 pm. Students will be picked up from the EMPR and taken to Warrior Leagues. Parents will need to pick up their child in the regular lower school carline at 4:45pm. Children that are not picked up by 5 pm will go to Extended Care.
