Admission Process

We’re here to guide you as you start your journey with TWCA. Below, you’ll find the step-by-step admissions process, links to application information, and important dates. For a more detailed overview of each step, download our Step-by-Step Admission Guide for prospective families.

Step 1: Inquire

What questions do you have about the TWCA experience? We look forward to answering them! Submit an inquiry form and we’ll send you our Parent Info Packet which provides an overview of our culture and offerings.

Step 2: Tour

Come visit our campus so we can get to know you better, and you can decide if TWCA is the right fit for you and your family.

Step 3: Apply

Submit your application online along with all required documentation and test scores. A non-refundable $125 application fee is required.

Step 4: Entrance Test

Entrance testing is required for all applicants and is administered off-site through the following providers. Payment is due to the provider.

Please schedule testing at your earliest convenience and request that results be shared with The Woodlands Christian Academy Admissions (admissions@twca.net).

Step 5: Shadow & Interview

The Admissions Office will invite and schedule a student shadow experience and parent interview after receiving an application. The shadow experience allows the student an opportunity to encounter the TWCA culture, meet peers, attend class and engage with faculty and staff. The parent interview is an opportunity to discuss the spiritual and educational partnership with TWCA.

Step 6: Enroll

Admission decisions are issued through your FACTS application account. If your child is accepted, you will receive instructions for completing a continuous enrollment contract. Once signed, you are officially a TWCA Warrior!

Important Dates For 2025-2026

September 1

Applications Open

January 15

Priority Application Deadline. Have all admission materials, including application, testing, and shadow day completed to ensure an early admission decision.

January 31

Priority Decision Day. Early admission decisions are announced to families who completed all steps by January 15.

March 7

Decision Day. All applicants who have completed an application, testing, and shadow visit are notified of admission decisions.

After these dates, applications will be accepted on a rolling basis, and admission is subject to availability.
