Governance Board
The Woodlands Christian Academy is governed by a self-perpetuating Executive Board of Directors that represents both God and the moral owners of our school. Moral owners include parents, faculty and members of the greater Christian community who share the vision for the school and have a vested interest in its success. The Board is responsible for the school’s long-term mission and vision. The Board hires only one employee, the Head of School, and delegates all day-to-day operations through explicit governing policies to the Head of School.
