We are delighted at your interest in The Woodlands Christian Academy. Our website and the following materials are designed to inform you about TWCA and show you how to become a part of what God is doing here.
Founded in 1993, The Woodlands Christian Academy is an independent, Christ-centered college preparatory school that offers learning in an enriched environment for grades Pre K through 12th. The faculty and staff are fully committed and go beyond their job requirements to maintain personal knowledge of and involvement with their students. It is this personal mentoring, discipling and guidance on a daily basis that haas a powerful, lasting impact upon TWCA's students. Recent graduates include two National Merit finalists, Division I college athletes and students at top universities throughout the United States. Our team is united in its vision of creating well-rounded and fully-prepared Warriors for Christ.
Boasting a beautiful 40 acre campus with a student life center, pavilion, state of the art baseball complex and lighted football field, there is nothing that compares. In the fall of 2008, TWCA will begin construction on a 12,000 square foot Upper School Academic Center and make the leap from six to eleven-man football. In addition, TWCA welcomes Steve Zeal, founding head of Veritas Chrisitan Academy, as its new Assistant Head of School/Upper School Principal. As we strive for excellence in technology, Apple Mac Books are issued to all high school students and integrated into the curriculum for grades 4 - 12; interactive white boards are being added to many of our classrooms. We are continually enhanching all of our programs, and I encourage you to tour our facility and meet the principals.
