Admission Process

Applications for the 2022-2023 school year are now OPEN. Current Warrior families may refer a friend and receive a referral credit on their account. See the Enrollment Department for more details.

A non-refundable $275 application fee is required with the submission of completed application.

Our admission process encourages prospective families to learn more about The Woodlands Christian Academy while permitting the school to discern whether or not an appropriate match is plausible. Priority in admission is given to the students most capable of success – spiritually, academically, physically and socially.

Traits like teamwork, empathy, and integrity are a sign of values and character; part of what we’re looking for in a future Warrior.

The Woodlands Christian Academy admits students of any race, color, and national and ethnic origin to all rights, privileges, programs, and activities generally accorded or made available to students at these schools. We do not discriminate on the basis of race, color, and national and ethnic origin in administration of our educational policies, admissions policies, scholarship and loan programs, and athletic and other school-administered programs.

Decisions regarding admission are made in the best interest of Woodlands Christian by the Admission Committee which is comprised of the Director of Enrollment, Assistant Director of Enrollment, School Principals, and faculty representatives. Applicants are evaluated on the basis of standardized test results, academic records, applications and interviews or observations. The Head of School approves the final recommendations from the Admission Committee.
