Middle School
"Study to show thyself approved unto God, a workman that
needs not to be ashamed, rightly dividing the Word of Truth."
2 Timothy 2:15
Young adolescence (10-15 years of age) is a distinct period of human growth and development situated between childhood and adolescence. Expectations of young adolescents, in society and in the home, are increasing at a rapid rate.
The Middle School years are truly a period of TRANSITION in an adolescent life. During this remarkable stage of the life cycle, young adolescents experience rapid and significant developmental change. This age group is undergoing greater physiological, psychological, and social changes than at any other period of their lives.
